Denise Polaczuk is a passionate scholar in the field of religious studies and a freelance proof-reader from Munich.

Research Focus

Denise Polaczuk is interested in the role of religion in contemporary global poltics and the respective historical backgrounds. In particular, her research is occupied with Christian traditions in Europe during the 13th - 16th century, frequently applying interdisciplinary approaches from the fields of Semiotics and Gender Studies.

Additionally, she has investigated current conspiracy ideologies and anti-religious or rather anti-islamic trends in German right-wing milieu, as well as their development out of secularisation processes since the Protestant Reformation.
